ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY

Joseph A. Warth graduated from the University of Maryland in 1975. He earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1979, and in 1983 opened his own firm as an independent attorney in Maryland.

He has also represented Maryland property owners in real estate tax assessment appeals throughout his career and served as a Hearing Examiner with the Maryland Tax Court, Real Property Division.

In addition to being licensed to practice law before all Maryland State Courts, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
