ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY
Joseph A. Warth, born in Baltimore, Maryland, is the grandson of Austrian-Hungarian and Irish born immigrants to the United States and was raised in a home of modest means. Joe learned the values of hard work and perseverance from his father, who worked at a Baltimore steel mill for 43 years. While attending college and working alongside his father during summers at the plant, Joe developed his strong belief that all Americans deserve an equal opportunity to succeed and, through education and hard work, may remove barriers to their success.
A proud product of public schools, he attended public schools throughout his entire academic career. Joe became the first person in his family to attend college. He worked his way through the University of Maryland where he graduated in 1975, and vigorously pursued higher education by earning a law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1979.
Joe moved to the Eastern Shore of Maryland in 1983, in the Ocean City area, and for the past 24 years has dedicated his career to representing folks just like the families he grew up with, principally in the areas of real estate and small business acquisition and planning.
In addition to being admitted to practice law before all Maryland State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Joe rounds out his professional experience and knowledge base holding a Maryland Real Estate Broker’s license for over 20 years, operating a land records public search company for over 21 years, and formerly maintaining a Mortgage Broker license in the State of Florida during the early 1990’s.
